DESCRIPTION:
Muffle Furnace is box type heat treatment equipment used to change physical properties of samples at very high temperature; for example, 1100°C, 1200°C, 1300°C and more. These laboratory furnaces are widely used in educational experiments in physics lab, rice laboratories, steel and paint industries, biotech companies and small industrial production etc.
We are ISO and CE certified muffle furnace manufacturers and suppliers in India. We make different types of muffle furnaces for laboratory testing, annealing, ash determination, coal analysis, master batch testing, leaves carbonization and lime calcinations etc. Each furnace is made with rugged construction and fitted with easy control system and safety devices.
Our standard models of programmable muffle furnaces come with maximum temperature range 1000°C and 1400°C and their continuous working temperatures are 900°C and 1300°C respectively. For controlling of temperature, we fit microprocessor based PID controller with SV and PV display. Heating chamber is made with ceramic fiber board and exterior is made with powder coated mild steel.
